Registered Veterinary Nurse/Acting Head Nurse Required for Independent Practice - Mid Devon

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join an independent small animal practice in Mid Devon. Although this is an RVN role, for the first year of employment you will be Acting Head Nurse covering maternity leave.
This an excellent opportunity for an experienced RVN to try their hand as working as a Head Nurse whilst carrying out the standard nursing duties to include inpatient care, diagnostics, theatre and nurse clinics. Nurses are encouraged to do schedule 3 procedures and take ownership of cases.
Previous leadership experience would be beneficial but the practice has a large and supportive team so an experienced RVN with the right attitude and keen to move into an Acting Head Nurse role and prove themselves to manage and lead a team would also be suitable.
