VetPro are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Head RVN to build a nursing team from day one in a new practice opening August 2026 in West London, Hounslow. It will be a brand new purpose built state of the art clinic with 8 consult rooms, 3 operating theatres, separate dental and imaging suites, with a spacious prep area and wards. This is a true leadership role with duties including leading and developing the nursing team, overseeing nurse clinics, inpatient care and theatre standards, supporting and clinically coaching student nurses. This is a full time position working 4 x 9 hour shifts with 1:4 weekends on a rota.
