Full or Part Time Head RVN – Essex – ER1007

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RVN to lead a team of RVNs, SVNs and PCAs at the main site of a 4 site practice in Essex. This is a full or part time permanent position with part time being at least 3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all the main aspects of veterinary nursing including consultations, anaesthetics, inpatient care and theatre together with possessing excellent communication and team building skills. Having previous leadership and mentoring experience, including as a Clinical Coach would be preferrable and experience with the business side of a veterinary practice would be advantageous. The practice offers fantastic onsite care including orthopaedic and laparoscopic surgery, advanced diagnostic procedures, and inpatient care.
