Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader – Charity Practice – Kent Coast - ER4738

A charity practice in Kent is seeking a small animal Veterinary Surgeon with at least 3 years previous experience to join their small team. This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have clinical governance responsibility for the hospital and lead the Veterinary Surgeon Team together with carrying out all aspects of team leadership including recruitment, selection, coaching and development. This role would suit an experienced candidate with a surgical bias and is a confident communicator. The practice is modern and well equipped with in-house radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, piped gases and extensive orthopaedic equipment. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
