An established, progressive small animal practice in Nottingham is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly, supportive team. The team consists of 4 vets and 7 RVNs, and the practice offers a varied caseload, excellent clinical facilities and a collaborative working environment. Ideally the role will be 40 hours over 4 days, although part time hours are considered. The role includes 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am–5pm) with no OOH and a fixed day off each week. Minimal sole charge, with strong clinical support for non-routine procedures. Seeking a confident first opinion vet with good routine surgical and consulting skills, strong communication and a genuine interest in delivering excellent patient care. Well equipped pracitce with an in house laboratory, digital radiography, advanced ultrasound, ECG and separate dog, cat and exotic wards.
