An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a charity practice in Kent as Team Leader. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, ideally working full time (37.5 hours per week) with a flexible approach to rotas including part time hours. This role will particularly suit a vet who enjoys a surgically biased caseload as well as being responsible for all aspects of team leadership, including recruitment, selection, coaching and development. The practice is well equipped with in-house radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, piped gases and extensive orthopaedic equipment. Rewarding role with excellent growth opportunities.
