Clinical Director – Independent Vet Group – Buckinghamshire HF6714

A unique opportunity to lead a brand-new, purpose-built clinic from the outset in Buckinghamshire. This is a senior clinical and leadership role with the opportunity to shape the team, culture and future direction of the practice. The role will consist of around 80% clinical work while leading clinical standards, team development and overall clinic performance. Directly supporting and developing the vet team, Head Nurse and Practice Manager, with backing from the wider leadership team.
Key responsibilities include;
Lead clinical excellence, governance, CPD and quality improvement
Develop and support the veterinary and wider practice team
Drive client experience, membership and local growth
Oversee recruitment, H&S, marketing and operational strategy
Manage budgets, KPIs and financial performance
Champion wellbeing, inclusion and a positive team culture
Represent and promote the Company ethos
