Experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – No weekends or OOH – Independent practice – North Yorkshire – ER6640

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a forward thinking, independent practice in North Yorkshire. The practice has a modern approach to veterinary care, with no cost to clients for consultations, clear pricing and excellent medicine. You will join a supportive team where you are given clinical freedom to explore treatment options for patients. This is a permanent position that can be full or part time, either 4 x 10 hour days or 2 x 10 hour days, it is open to discussion. No weekends or OOH are required. Applicants should be experienced vets who are confident managing a varied first-opinion caseload and routine surgery. You will work alongside a team of 5 Vets, 7 RVNs, trainee nurses and support staff. The team hold a variety of interest including certificate holder in small animal surgery and visiting peripatetic surgeon for orthopaedic procedures. 2 vets in the team are recent graduates so plenty of case discussions and sharing knowledge as a team. Areas of interest are supported and encouraged. Fully equipped practice. Potential opportunity for lead veterinary surgeon for the right person.
