Head Registered Veterinary Nurse - Ayrshire

Head Registered Nurse – Ayrshire. VetPro Recruitment are looking for an experienced, passionate RVN to join a supportive, forward-thinking team in Ayrshire as a Head RVN. The practice has a 60-strong team across three Ayrshire practices, including 14 vets, 12 RVNs and 2 VCAs.
The role would suit a Qualified RVN with strong clinical experience and a passion for nursing, someone who is confident leader and ready to take the next step in their career, positive, proactive and team-focused approach with commitment to outstanding clinical and client care. As well as leading by example and supporting the nursing team you will have the opportunity to use and develop your skills across consults, anaesthesia, inpatient care and Schedule 3 procedures, with support from experienced Head Nurses, senior nurses.
On offer is a competitive salary, full or part time hours between 30 – 40 per week. The practice offers genuine support for a good work-life balance and where possible tailors rotas and benefits to meet individual needs. There is 1 in 4 Saturdays, no Sundays or OOH.
