Experienced Senior Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon required for Independent Hospital - South Wales – ER2927

VetPro Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join an independent, vet-owned, RCVS accredited hospital in South Wales. This role is suited to a vet who enjoys mentoring, high-quality GP work and emergency care. This is a permanent position with 4 or 5 day week open to discussion, alongside either a first or second on call rota. The practice keeps OOH in-house with a RVN at the clinic 24/7, first on call vets are required to stay at the practice or live within a 15 minutes drive. You will be a confident vet who is comfortable treating a wide range of cases from emergency medicine to surgery. Mentoring skills also required as the practice is a VetGDP approved hospital with a strong focus on learning, development and practical support. Areas of interests are also supported. The hospital is purpose built and well equipped with DR x-ray, doppler ultrasound, dental suite with dental radiography, comprehensive in-house lab including Sedivue, and a range of scopes. The practice also has 3 branch sites in surrounding area. Very much an independent practice where you will be working alongside the vet / owners with a focus on team culture and providing high quality care to clients. There is structured development with regular clinical discussions, tailored plans, funded CPD and more. Competitive salary, dependent on experience. No visa sponsorship available.
