Head Nurse Opportunity - Liverpool

Head Veterinary Nurse required to lead a team of nurses, student nurses, VCAs and support staff in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse with proven leadership skills to work in a busy practice and to help drive clinical standards within a positive/supportive culture. The role will be a mix of management duties including regular nurse meeting, appraisal/performance reviews, rotas, working with management team to drive continual improvement in the practice and also some clinical duties.
The role requires an experienced and confident RVN who has high clinical standards, extremely strong nursing skills in all areas of nursing, excellent organisational and management skills. Clinical coach would be an advantage but not essential.
