RCVS Accredited Independent Small Animal practice in Worcestershire are seeking an Experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join the dynamic team. Offering a supportive, psychologically safe environment with clinical freedom, ideal for a vet who thrives in a collaborative setting. The role offers 30–37 hours per week, over 4 days plus 1:4 Saturday rota (9 a.m.–2 p.m.), with no OOH or bank holidays. Joining a passionate team of 4 FTE vets, 6 RVNs, and support staff, in a practice that values team culture and development. The role includes a mix of consults and surgeries with some sole charge shifts, and opportunities to mentor vet students, all while maintaining high clinical standards. The ideal candidate will be confident in general practice, a team player, and RCVS registered. Fostering growth with funded CPD, and a strong support network.
