Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Independent hospital with multiple cert holders – Bedfordshire – ER537

A Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon is required to join an RCVS accredited, independent hospital in Bedfordshire. This is a permanent position suited to a vet with some post graduate experience. Working patterns open to discussion; 3, 4 or 5 days per week. Friday night hospital patient cover and Saturday daytimes on a 1 in 4 rota. Applicants must have completed their VetGDP and be confident with a routine first opinion caseload including surgery. The hospital is very well equipped and sees a wide and varied caseload. Progressive, forward-thinking team that includes advanced practitioners and certificate holders in. Approved Veterinary Nurse Training Practice and a Vetsure Graduate Friendly Practice. Team of approximately 50 working across 3 sites. Training and development is encouraged and there are regular practice meetings. Excellent opportunities for development.
