Fantastic opportunity for a vet with 2+ years’ experience to join a well-established standalone small animal practice in the West Midlands. Offering complete clinical freedom and genuine progression to Senior Vet level. The role involves mentoring junior colleagues, maintaining high clinical standards and supporting the practice’s journey towards Zero Pain Accreditation. The practice is locally owned by highly experienced surgeons and supported by a skilled nursing and management team. Flexible full or part-time rota available with no weekends, protected admin time, 15-minute consults, at least one op day per week and a strong focus on work-life balance.
