Confident Head RVN required for a supportive, forward-thinking team across three site practices in Ayrshire. Three practices run by vet, nurse and management partners with a 60 strong team. Nurse led culture with Clinical Nurse Manager and RVN Business Partner support. Specialist trained RVNs in acupuncture, pain management, behaviour schedule 3 surgical procedures. Flexible hours (full or part time) with 1:4 Saturdays and no OOH. Modern equipment and nurse empowerment at the heart of care. This role would suit a candidate who is ambitious and keen to progress in their career and is confident to take control and lead where needed.
