Independent London Vet Group are seeking a client services manager across multiple practices. This is senior role focused on client journey, service standards and group wide experience strategy. The role will involve designing and embedding a customer centric operating model across the group. It is strategic rather than purely operational and will focus on how clients experience the groups services end to end across multiple practices and service lines.
