Mixed Animal Vet - Independent Practice - Cumbria HF2188

Seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join an established and supportive mixed practice on a full time 4 day week basis in Cumbria. The role offers an interesting caseload of approximately 45% Farm, 50% Small Animal and 5% Equine work within a team of nearly 7.5 FTE Veterinary Surgeons. The position includes a shared OOH rota across six Vets, with first and second on call responsibilities, full OOH backup and support from experienced RVNs. Second on call is generally required during the busier spring months, while the structured weekend rota provides a good balance between work and time off, with duties shared fairly across the team. During spring, weekend arrangements may be adjusted to help distribute the workload. The ideal candidate will have 2 years plus experience.
