This senior role combines around 80% clinical work with leadership responsibility giving the opportunity to shape the team culture and future direction of the practice. Leading with clinical excellence, governance, CPD and quality improvement, develop the veterinary and wider team, support the Head Nurse and Practice Manager including help drive client experience local growth and overall clinic performance.
