VetPro Recruitment are seeking an ambitious and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to take a leadership role at an established small animal practice in West London. This is a permanent, full time position where you will lead a team of 4 vets, head nurse, 3 RVNs, student nurse, Practice Manager and receptionists. The practice is purpose-built and carefully designed to provide a high standard of first opinion care. You will spend approximately 80% of your time working clinically and will be responsible for encouraging the team to use their skills to help grow the practice.
