Operations Manager – Emergency & Critical Care – Southwest London HF2087

We are seeking an experienced MRCVS or RVN with ECC and/or hospital experience and proven leadership or management experience to lead the day-to-day operation and development of a ECC service across two hospital sites for an independent vet group in Southwest London. This is a hands-on leadership role covering team management, staffing and rota planning, operational performance, clinical governance, client experience and service development. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and staff wellbeing, drive consistent clinical and operational standards, monitor performance and costs and identify opportunities for service improvement and growth. Looking for an excellent communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills, able to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Multi-site management, workforce planning, budget management and coaching/mentoring experience are desirable.This a full time 40 hours a week role.
