Senior Clinical & Operational Lead Vet - Non Clinical Option - Southwest London HF2087

Expanding independent veterinary group is seeking an experienced veterinary leader to oversee clinical and operational performance across multiple sites, including a busy hospital and emergency service. This role can involve some clinical work, but equally if preferred there can be no clinical work.
Key responsibilities include:
• Clinical and operational leadership
• Team development and people management
• Clinical governance and patient safety
• Service development and growth
• Client and referral relationship management
• Driving operational efficiency and performance
The ideal candidate will be an experienced veterinary leader with strong clinical credibility with a proven track record of leading and developing teams, be commercially aware with excellent operational skills and be passionate about clinical excellence and service improvement.
