Enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon – Independent Practice – Hampshire HF1226

Friendly, independent small animal practice in Hampshire and seeking an enthusiastic vet to join the supportive team. Joining a team of six vets alongside experienced RVNs and dedicated support staff, enjoying a collaborative culture where cases are shared and everyone works together. This full time role offers a 4 day week, a mix of consulting and surgery, a dedicated surgery day each week, 20-minute consultations and no more than two late finishes per week. The practice provides its own OOH service for registered clients only, currently on a 1 in 6 weekend rota with time off in lieu. Additional benefits include Clinical Director support and on site accommodation if required. Seeking a vet with at least one year of clinical experience who is kind, confident, and clinically strong, with a genuine passion for teamwork and a commitment to both personal and professional growth. Excellent facilities including ultrasound, dental x-ray, endoscopy and an in house laboratory. Excellent location close to the New Forest and south coast, with London just over an hour away by train.
