OOH / ECC Veterinary Surgeon – RCVS accredited 24/7 Hospital – West Yorkshire – ER3479.45381

Experienced Out of Hours (OOH) Veterinary Surgeon is required to join a modern and progressive RCVS accredited small animal hospital in West Yorkshire. This is an OOH role working 7 nights on, 14 nights off (20:00 – 08:00). No two nights are the same as the practice provides OOH/ECC for 16 local practices creating a wide, varied and challenging caseload. Purpose built practice that is well equipped with new CT scanner, digital x-ray, ultrasound, IM3 Dental Machine and x-ray, orthopaedic surgical kit and more. You will be part of a large, successful team who are looking for a dynamic vet with solid medical and surgical skills. You will work alongside an RVN, VCA and receptionist. Caseload is varied and regularly treats caesareans, pyometra, exploratory laparotomy with enterotomy and enterectomy on the medical side Addisonian, Ketoacidotic diabetic cases and sever pancreatitis cases. Experience in ECC is essential. On offer is a competitive salary, dependent on experience with generous CPD allowance.
