Team Lead Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon (Surgical Bias) – Charity Practice – Kent - ER5786

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a charity practice in Kent as Team Leader. This is a permanent position, ideally working full time (37.5 hours per week) with a flexible approach to rotas. This role will particularly suit a vet who enjoys a surgically biased caseload with the space and support to develop surgical leadership as well as being responsible for all aspects of team leadership, including recruitment, selection, coaching and development. The practice is well equipped with in-house radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, piped gases and extensive orthopaedic equipment. Rewarding role with excellent growth opportunities.
