Deputy Head Nurse - Liverpool

Our client is looking for a Deputy Head Nurse to join their amazing team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and be part of driving all aspects of the day to day running of the practice to make sure everything works efficiently, making sure all worked is carried out to a high and proper standards and continually working on ideas to improve effectiveness of the clinical activities within the surgery. The role would suit a team player, someone keen to get stuck in and support their colleagues and has good communication skills.
The practice is busy and has a varied caseload. The practice actively encourages continuous development so if you are someone always looking to progress and develop then you will be keen to take full advantage of the fabulous professional development opportunities the practice has to offer.
This is a full time role worked over 4 days per week with 1:4 Saturdays and night duties when needed.
