Growing independent small animal practice are seeking an experienced small animal vet on a full or part time basis to join the supportive and collaborative team in the West Midlands. Offering a genuinely flexible role tailored around your interests - whether you prefer surgery, consulting, or a balanced mix of both. Busy, varied caseload with a strong surgical focus, making it ideal for a vet looking to further develop surgical skills or work towards a certificate. Full time 40 hours over 5 days, with 1 in 2 Saturdays (8.30am -12pm) with no OOHs – flexible working hours and part time considered. Well equipped including IDEXX in-house lab, ultrasound, microscopy with continued investment in diagnostic equipment.
