Veterinary Surgeon – Independent Practice - SW London HF6661

Established South West London Vet Group are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well established London clinic. This role offers the opportunity to manage cases to a high clinical standard within a genuinely collaborative environment. Although the vet may lead cases day to day, they are never truly sole charge, with daily case discussions, shared systems, and access to senior clinical support across sites, alongside advanced diagnostic and referral support from the nearby hospital (CT, ultrasound, specialist services). The role involves consultations, routine surgery, and proactive case work up, with a structured day and protected time for procedures and admin. Looking for a confident, personable vet with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to clinical decision making. This role is not suitable for new graduates. The position offers a 4 day week (9am–7pm), 1:3 Saturdays (9am–5pm), and no OOHs. Excellent CPD (£4,000) and certificate funding available.
