Senior Nurse/Clinical Lead - Wiltshire

An Independent Small Animal practice in Wiltshire is looking to recruit a Senior Nurse/Clinical Lead to join their team. The practice has 3 sites and a large team which includes 17 nursing staff. This role will involve working closely with the senior vet to maintain high clinical standards, dealing with the inductions and supervision of all staff across the 3 sites and working closely with the Clinical Manager and Practice Manager in relation to HR and Recruitment as well as being able to perform clinical nursing duties as required. The practice is looking for someone who is a clinical coach and has previous leadership experience, ideally in a big team.
The role will be working either a 3 or 4 day week, 8.30am – 7pm with Saturday mornings on a 1 in 5 rota. On offer is a salary between £35,000 - £38,000, dependent on experience with annual pay reviews, 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, VDS and RCVS fee’s paid, company pension scheme.
