Senior RVN – Wards (Maternity Cover) - Referral Hospital in Surrey - HF5769

A busy referral hospital in Surrey, is seeking a Senior RVN to lead the inpatient wards team. Working closely with clinicians, RVNs and VCAs, you will oversee hospitalised patient care, support clinical workflow and mentor nursing colleagues. This role requires strong clinical nursing ability, excellent organisation and confident leadership in a busy referral environment. This role is to cover maternity leave working a 4-day week (Mon–Fri), 1:5 weekends and bank holidays. Benefits include generous holiday allowance, RCVS fees paid plus many more discounts and perks.
