Seeking a Head Veterinary Nurse to lead the nursing team at an independent small animal practice in Hampshire. Part of a friendly four practice vet group across Hampshire, delivering excellent patient and client care in a supportive team environment. This role would suit an experienced Senior or Deputy Head Nurse ready to progress into leadership. Supporting clinical workflow, mentoring the nursing team and helping maintain high standards of care in a busy practice. The role will involve a 40 hour week (part-time considered) with shared weekend rota. The ideal candidate will have 5 years plus experience, strong leadership and organisational skills - Clinical Coach desirable.
