Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader – Charity Practice – East London – ER3055

VetPro Recruitment is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to take the lead at a charity practice in East London. As Team Leader you will be an experienced vet, preferably surgically biased, with good communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team with a pragmatic approach to decision-making and focusing on evidence-based options for clients. Modern and well equipped surgery with regular case discussions among the team. This is a permanent position with flexible shift patterns, hours range from 08:30 -20:00, Monday – Friday. Weekends are approximately 1 in 7 or 8 with enhanced pay and time off in lieu. On offer is a competitive salary, dependent on experience with generous benefits.
