An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Vet to lead and develop a clinical team at a modern, independent, purpose-built surgery in Lincoln. Seeking a clinically strong inspirational leader with a passion for gold-standard evidence-based care. The successful candidate will drive clinical standards, support team development, and help deliver the strategic vision of the practice. Key member of the surgery management team – working 4 days a week with 1 in 4 weekends no OOH ( on call for any overnight inpatients). Well equipped, light and spacious practice with modern facilities and advanced technology. The team has a broad range of clinical interests with several colleagues working towards certificates.
