Independent 8 vet practice with a supportive collaborative culture. The role will involve a 4 day week with an OOH rota. The role offers genuine career development, including funded certificates and a clear pathway toward Senior/Lead Vet responsibility. First opinion small animal caseload with opportunity to mentor junior vets - orthopaedics interest encouraged (certificate funded). The ideal candidate will have 2.5 years plus UK experience.
