Group Operations Manager - London & Hampshire HF2087

Looking for a vet or vet nurse with business awareness and operational experience to take on practice/ group operations management role for independent vet group in London. Candidates may come from practice management background or be a clinically trained professional with strong financial and operational understanding. Duties to include but not limited to; manage daily clinical operations and staffing; support and develop team members through training and performance reviews; monitor branch financial performance; improving client experience. This is a full time, but part time will be considered for strong applicants – hybrid working with time both on site and remote. Salary up to £60K per annum D.O.E., CPD plus other benefits.
