Lead SA Veterinary Surgeon required – North Yorkshire – HF6570

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced small animal Vet with a passion for coaching and mentoring to guide a team of Veterinary Surgeons at a brand new non-profit veterinary hospital in North Yorkshire. The hospital has fantastic facilities including 9 consulting rooms, 3 well equipped theatres, a diagnostic suite, digital x-ray and a dental suite along with separate dog and cat wards and an isolation unit. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Practice Manager and Lead Nurse and will have a pivotal role in the running of the clinic. They will ideally already hold or be keen to obtain a VetGDP qualification and having an interest in assessing business KPIs and P&L would be advantageous. They must have strong clinical abilities and be confident communicators both with clients and colleagues. Previous experience leading various meetings would work in their favour. This role is to work 40 hours per week over 4 days with 2:9 weekends.
