Lead SA Veterinary Surgeon required – Shropshire – HF4997

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced small animal Vet with second to none client and patient skills to guide a team of Veterinary Surgeons at a non-profit veterinary hospital in Shropshire. The practice boasts fantastic facilities including 2 theatre suites, a dental suite and 5 consulting rooms to accommodate a diverse caseload including orthopaedic and soft tissue cases. The successful candidate will be joining a highly skilled team including surgical certificate holders and they will work closely with the Practice Manager and Lead Nurse having a pivotal role in the running of the clinic. They will ideally already hold or be keen to obtain a VetGDP qualification and having an interest in assessing business KPIs and P&L would be advantageous. They must have strong clinical abilities and be confident communicators both with clients and colleagues. Previous experience leading various meetings would work in their favour. This role is to work 40 hours per week over 4 days with 2:9 weekends.
