Lead SA Veterinary Surgeon required – Merseyside – HF6571

VetPro Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced small animal Vet with a passion for both people and pets to guide a team of Veterinary Surgeons at a non-profit veterinary hospital in Merseyside. The hospital is well equipped with all the latest facilities and equipment including 9 consulting rooms, 3 operating theatres, a diagnostic suite, digital X-ray, a dedicated dental suite, and an isolation unit. The ideal candidate will already hold or be keen to obtain a VetGDP qualification. It would be advantageous but not essential that they are interested in assessing business KPIs and P&L. They must have a strong clinical skillset and possess exceptional communication skills with previous experience conducting performance management and carrying out 1 to 1 meetings. They will also be confident leading staff and clinical governance meetings. This role is to work 38 hours per week over 4 days with 2:9 Saturdays.
