Lead SA Veterinary Surgeon required – Shropshire – HF6120

VetPro Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced small animal Vet with an interest in coaching and mentoring to lead a team of Veterinary Surgeons at a non-profit veterinary company in Shropshire. The ideal candidate will already hold or be keen to obtain a VetGDP qualification. It would be advantageous but not essential that they are interested in assessing business KPIs and P&L. They must have a strong clinical skillset and possess exceptional communication skills with previous experience conducting performance management and carrying out 1 to 1 meetings. They will also be confident leading staff and clinical governance meetings. This role is to work 40 hours per week over 4 days with 2:9 weekends at a sister hospital (not sole charge).
