Small Animal Clinical Director – RCVS Hospital - South Yorkshire - ER3645

A well-established Small Animal practice in South Yorkshire is looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Director to join the team. Busy 2 site practice with a hospital standard main site that is very well equipped and a recently renovated branch site. You will lead a team of 7 Vets and drive the practice forward. Duties will involve clinical work, coaching and mentoring colleagues, business strategy, planning and budgeting. Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not essential. Cases are worked up to a high standard and include a wide range of surgeries such as cruciate and patella surgery, laparoscopic procedures, and BOAS surgery. This is a permanent role with hours open to discussion. No OOH but host practice so emergencies kept on site. On offer is a competitive salary, dependent on experience. Paid RCVS and VDS fees with generous CPD and holiday allowance.
