Locum SA Vet - Independent Practice - Various Dates

Locum Small animal vet required to cover various shifts for independent practice in Derbyshire. Ideally looking for a locum to cover consults and surgery but may be possibility of consult only.
Dates required are 13th & 14 November, 22nd,24th, 30th 31st December. 2nd and 14th January.
If required accommodation is available for overnight stays onsite.
