Are you a highly skilled SA Veterinary Surgeon with previous experience in mentoring or coaching and are looking to take the next step in your career into a leadership role? If so, a fantastic, purpose built practice in Norfolk is looking to welcome you to join their dynamic team of 3 Vets (1 with a special interest in orthopaedic surgery), 6 RVNs, 1 SVN and support staff. The practice is perfectly located with city centre, countryside and beach within easy reach. It is part of a group of 3 local surgeries so there will be plenty of support form a wider team of highly skilled staff with certificate holders in surgery and ophthalmology and other members working towards certificates to guide you through your transition. It is well equipped with new ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, endoscopy, tonometry, slit lamp, multi parameter units in all theatres and full in-house laboratory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and proven experience in mentoring and coaching. They will have the confidence to mentor and guide the whole team together with supporting the professional development of new graduates. Candidates with less experience but a keen desire to enhance their coaching skills will also be considered.
• 30 – 40 hours per week.
• No OOH but 1:5 weekends.
• Generous salary dependent on experience.

• Must have a Degree in Veterinary Medicine and be RCVS registered.
