Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Somerset – ER1926

VetPro Recruitment are seeking a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join an independent practice in Somerset. This is a permanent position, working full or part time. Working hours are 09:00 – 17:30, 4 days per week for FT. Weekends are on a 1 in 3 rota, 09:00 – 13:00 consults then on call until 19:00. Sundays you will be on call from 08:00 – 19:00 but it is typically very quiet. No on call duty during the week. The role is suited to a vet with a couple of years post graduate experience, working alongside 2 other Vets, 4 nurses and practice manager. The practice has 2 sites nearby to one another. Well equipped and you will have autonomy to make your own decisions with support available where required. RCVS accredited practice with a silver Rabbit Friendly Award (RWAF) and a gold Cat Friendly Clinic. On offer is a competitive salary, dependent on experience with generous benefits.
