Registered Veterinary Nurse – Kent – ER4754

An exciting opportunity is available for a small animal Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a welcoming team at a practice in Kent. This is ideally a full-time position working 40 hours per week across 4/5 days, consisting of either an early shift (8:00 am to 4.30 pm) or a late (11:00 am to 7.30 pm). You will also be required to take part in a shared rota of 1 in 3 Saturdays and in turn receive time off in lieu the following week and there is no OOH. Nurses at this practice cover most areas of the day-to-day which include carrying out schedule 3 procedures, anaesthesia monitoring, scrubbing in, looking after the inpatient care, carrying out various types of nurse clinics, completing laboratory duties and much more! There will also be some reception duties when needed. You will be joining a wonderful team made up of 3 Vets, 1 Head RVN, 2 Nurses and one SVN who are supported by a team of efficient receptionists. The ideal candidate must be RCVS registered and will have excellent communication skills. Both full and part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate.
