VetPro Recruitment have an excellent opportunity available for a small animal Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a dedicated team in Gwynedd, Wales. Most of the nurses work a 4-day week with a share in the Saturday rota but there is no out-of-hours requirement. Your responsibilities will include administration, reception, and cleaning duties. The team see a wide variety of cases of cats, dogs, and exotic animals, covering a workload that ranges from the standard vaccinations, microchipping, neutering, dental, in-house laboratory, X-ray interpretation of pet passports, pregnancy diagnosis with ultrasound, hip and elbow scoring and PAT dog assessments. To more specialist services and treatments, such as chemotherapy, echocardiograms, ECG, video endoscope and bronchoscope for non-invasive investigations and advanced surgeries. You will be joining a wonderful team made up of 2 full-time vets, with a 3rd vet due to start in autumn, 2.5 veterinary nurses and reception staff, and the Clinical Director who holds a PGCertSAS.
