Exciting opportunity for a Senior RVN to join a friendly team in Tyne and Wear. Looking for a Senior RVN who as well as having good all-round nursing skills, can provide excellent levels of patient and client care and is willing to take full ownership of tasks and duties.The case loads are varied, and the role will be a balance of clinics and surgery, giving you the chance to utilise your personal areas of special interest. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of leadership and clinical coaching but this is not necessary as training can be provided. Happy to discuss different rota patterns and hours to suit individual needs.The surgery is purpose built and fully equipped allowing excellent clinical care to be given at all times. You would be joining a clinical team of 10 and a support team of 6. You will work closely within the management structure of the practice demonstrating leadership and management qualities.
