SA Veterinary Surgeon – Worcestershire – HF2376

VetPro Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive team at a practice in Worcestershire. You will carry out a mixture of surgery and consulting that can be weighted for the right candidate. This is a full or part-time position with full-time hours being 4.5 days per week with varying shift patterns that can be adjusted for the right candidate. You will be required to work 1 in 5 Saturdays mornings between 8:30am-1pm, this is equally shared across the team. OOH service provided by a dedicated team. Weekday inpatient checks carried out by Veterinary Nurses and minimal weekend inpatient checks are shared equally between Vets and Nurses. You will be joining a friendly team made up of 5 Vets, 6 Nurses, 1 Student Nurses, 1 Nursing Assistant/Groomer, 4 Receptionists and a Practice Manager. This is a well-equipped practice including 3 consult rooms, dedicated isolation wards, an operating theatre, imaging room, dental room, and dog kennels exclusively for staff so you can bring your dog to work. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon, but the practice is willing to consider an eager progressive recent graduate. You will be a team player who wants to excel at their job whilst having fun and providing excellent patient and client care. CPD allowance. BVA membership paid. VDS cover. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
