Clinical Director – No OOH – Leicestershire HF3102

Rare and exciting opportunity for a Clinical Director to join a fantastic, well established practice in Leicestershire. Due to relocation, the practice is looking for a confident vet to join the leadership team to run the small animal sector of this large mixed business within a vet group with an excellent reputation for their friendly and reliable service. The clinical director will have over reaching responsibilities for the small animal business; you will work alongside the two farm clinical directors to lead the whole group, and be fundamental in setting strategy and maintaining excellent clinical standards across the sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include line managing a team of vets across three sites; ensuring the financial viability of the business through managing services, purchasing, and creating new business opportunities. This role will allow the successful candidate to work autonomously to ensure the continued success of this wonderful practice whilst offering support, mentorship, and training to develop clinical and leadership skills. Whilst some leadership experience would be beneficial, it is not essential, full training and support will be given. The successful candidate must be a confident vet who can make clinical decisions, support junior members of the team, and appraise clinical provision. Happy to consider any working pattern or hours, job-share also considered. You will be expected to participate in a Saturday rota but there are no OOH.
