Veterinary Receptionist - SW London

VetPro Recruitment are looking for Veterinary Receptionist to join a modern forward thinking Veterinary Practice in South West London. Due to growth the practice is looking for an additional member to join the team, this a very much front of house role where you will be the initial face of the practice, welcoming clients into the practice and providing a wonderful client experience. Although general reception duties are part of this role such as answering calls and booking appointments the main focus is on engaging with clients both current clients and prospective clients that may be passing the practice, making sure the practice runs smoothly and that it is always a tidy and presentable environment. You may also be required to attend community events to help promote the practice and generate new clients.
The role will suit someone who is confident and personable. Who loves engaging with clients and members of the public. Previous experience within the veterinary industry would be helpful but not essential as finding someone with the right mentality is more important.
This is a full time position which may be split across 2 sites in South West London. Hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm with occasional weekend work.
