VetPro Recruitment are seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a small / exotic animal practice in Suffolk. This is a permanent, full time role working 8.5 hour shifts between 08:30- 20:00. 1 in 6 weekends with time off before and after. 2 bank holidays required per year. There are structured consulting and procedure blocks. You will join a team of 6 Vets with specialities in zoological medicine and small animal medicine, along with a skilled nursing team with experience in exotic animal care and ECC. The practice works closely with many local zoos which creates a unique opportunity to see a 50% exotic case load that includes pumas, bears, crocodiles, raptors, parrots, fish and meerkats. No previous experience with exotic species is required. Some reception duties might be required at times. On offer is a competitive salary, dependent on experience with generous benefits.
