Independent Mobile Veterinary Practice is seeking an experienced full or part time consult only vet due to expansion in Tyne and Wear. The practice was set up to reduce the stress and inconvenience associated with taking pets to the vet, by bringing the consulting room to the pet’s doorstep. The experience is far more relaxed for pets, owners and for the vet team who provide this care. The role is 100% mobile with backup of large practice group locally. Small, friendly and experienced team with modern fully equipped consulting room - Typically 30 minute consultation times, appts between 8:30 and 4:30 with no weekends, bank holidays or OOH. The candidate will be a team player with the ability to work alongside other staff members, good knowledge of the RCVS Code of Conduct and computer skills, excellent communication skills, strong degree of empathy and ability to read difficult situations and conversations.
